We have collated a set of resources designed to help budding business owners and entrepreneurs to challenge ideas. You’ll challenge the requirements for the chosen business idea, from an environmental, social and licensing perspective. Each resource, provides pointers to critically review all aspects, to understand what needs to happen from an operational and logistical perspective. All of this is designed to be able to answer the ‘what if’ questions from lenders and investors. The more certainty you have regarding costs and opportunities, the more likely you are to secure the funding required to turn your idea in to reality.
Once you sign-up and book your introduction call, we’ll provide you with access to our easy to use portal. Resources include:

In addition to the portal, the package provides access to our consultants. Included in the price are four, 1 hour consultations. During these sessions we’ll help you to understand the process and challenge areas to make the business case stronger. Sessions can also be used as a review of business plan draft(s). We’ll also provide recommendations for improvement or areas for further analysis.

We’ll also provide as part of the package a business plan template in either Word or Powerpoint format.
These templates, used in conjunction with the other resources will guide you to produce your business plan. A plan that tells the story of your idea, outlines the current knowledge of market, costs and dependencies.
The purpose to ensure prospective investors and funding agents have confidence that you have conducted sufficient due-diligence. Investors need assurance that any money provided will be accounted for and confidence can be gained in the potential returns.
